Ideal Weight Tapping
Eating disorders are very much established in many ways in early childhood. We explore, find and rewrite the memories when any eating disorders were installed, like: “my mum is only with me when she feeds me”, or “the only time we had peace was when we ate”. We find and change memories of stress, trauma around eating. We work on important factors that contribute to the problem: body image issues, identity conflicts, fears, loneliness, abandonment, moving, losses etc.
We investigate and clear the background of emotional eating. We break the food equals love connection and cut the attachment to certain foods. We release the guilt, pain, helplessness relieved by food, when we use food as drug.
We change the unhealthy (cultural) conditionings, beliefs and misconceptions and let go of subconscious fears of not having enough food, memories of starvings in the family. Also we work on patterns, parent’s eating problems.
We find and release all the reasons why your subconscious wants to keep your weight, – we do what is needed.
Biohacking and Weight Management Guidance
We go with weekly sessions with steps that give you a deeper understanding of how to adjust your eating and other areas to create harmony with your biology.
The instructions are based on cutting edge science, giving you practical knowledge and the why. You will know where your misconceptions are, what you need to do differently than you have been doing before, and what rules you need to follow, in what order of importance.
I will send you short reviews from scientists, experts, doctors, you will see that different research areas are pointing in this direction. The optimal eating is not keto and cannot be categorized, it also depends on your current condition and goals, but a fundamental part of it is animal products and the focus is on nutritions. You will know what to eat, when to eat, and why. This type of eating helps to burn fat rather than losing weight from muscle (muscle is also a metabolic organ). Everything is controlled by your brain, and you can control your brain and your hunger with food.
There’s an effective way to get rid of belly fat, and that’s not exercise.
Your energy level will significantly increase. No need to count calories or starve yourself.
